Added ladders to the tank res nodes

Added no build brush to the door room to stop phase gates getting built through the door
Changed a door name so that the 5-minute text would not appear when it was used
Changed the E3 doors to be open at map start, this is so that players know that these 'are not' the door room door's
Fixed the button in the alien hive so it no longer moves when used
Fixed the window on the siege room, so that you can no longer see cloaked items through it
Fixed Minor texture issues in MS
Removed the large mp3 files from the ready room
